“Beneficial Tribulation”
Romans 5:3-11
The last time, Paul told us that “we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.” We rejoice because we are “being conformed to the image of Jesus.” Strangely, God uses all kinds of adversity in life to develop positive character qualities in us. In fact, He uses the very kinds of things in our lives that Jesus went through in His. Notice the tools He uses:
- We rejoice in ___________________. v. 3
- We can rejoice only if we know that ______________________________________!
- Endurance produces __________________________________. v. 4a
- Enduring affliction ultimately brings ___________________________!
