“Hope In Our Ongoing Struggle”

Romans 7:14-25

There’s not a person who hasn’t struggled with what Paul expresses in Romans 7.

Paul’s words resonate with us through and through.

The word “law” occurs 22 times in this chapter.  It is used in 3 ways:

  • Law of __________ 14, 16, 22, 25
  • Law as a _________ _________ 21
  • Law as a _________ or _________ 23, 25

Four statements help us in our struggle:

  1. I am ________ vv. 15-18
  2. I am ________ vv. 19-21
  3. I am ________–________ vv. 22,23
