The Oasis Church Vision

At Oasis Community Church we’re not about “having it all together” or even pretending we do. We’re just a family trying to grow together toward a God who knows us and can help us put all the pieces of this sometimes complicated world into perspective. We may not have all the answers but we know someone who does.

Oasis Community Church has a concern for the immediate and a vision for the future. This is reflected in our vision statement. It is also reflected in our ongoing expansion of ministry opportunities and service to our community. We’re devoted to building an engaged, passionate, spiritually healthy community of people that makes up Oasis Community Church. We’re also devoted to engaging and impacting one another and others, believing that Jesus himself set an example of service and that we’ve been given the responsibility to follow it.

Oasis is not just a name.  It is what we want to be to our community and beyond, both currently, and long into the future! We believe the Gospel is what will bring people into a relationship with Jesus. If that is what we use to attract them, then that is all we need to keep them, living and preaching the Good News of Jesus Christ, unapologetically. We want to call people to live a missional, Christ centered life. If our church grows it will be because we are living the Gospel, not marketing it.
