The Crux of the Matter—“Things aren’t always as they seem”

Matthew 13:24-30, Matthew 13:36-43

Today’s parable teaches us that sometimes “the real” and “the phony” appear together, appear to be the same, and are difficult to distinguish. But a day will come when they will be exposed for what they are. Notice the clues that Jesus gives us to understand this parable:
